    Job Description

    •Maintain all farm vehicles and machinery, such as tractors; motorbikes; pumps; compressors; spray rigs, etc.
    •Manage the workshop, tools and equipment.
    •Fabricate farm equipment as needed.
    •Manage farm construction projects.
    •Assist with production & irrigation if required.
    •Prioritizing and scheduling requests for repairs and installations, including establishing maintenance schedules that optimize production operations.
    •Establishing and maintaining all labor and cost control reports for the department.
    •Providing and scheduling training for the maintenance staff as needed.
    •Monitoring gas, water and electrical usage in the plant and recommending methods to reduce usage and/or cut costs.
    •Acting as the technical resource to address and resolve any maintenance related inquiries and problems, including providing assistance in trouble shooting plant equipment malfunctions.
    •Ensure the completion of all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc.
    •Ensuring compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations.
    •To oversee the day to day activities of the maintenance department to ensure the equipment and plant facility are in safe working condition.

    Requirements

    •Must be graduated from engineering faculty (mechatronic engineer) or electric base engineer with good mechanical background.
    •Agriculture /food manufacturing, refrigeration and control systems, and heating system.
    •Knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially those governing the food industry.
    •Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts as needed.

    Skills

    •Computer Skills: Ability to operate all information technology related business systems, programs and applications in a manner that achieves efficiency, accuracy, and relevancy of information processing and reporting as it applies to this position.
    •Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and other employees of the organization.
    •Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Job Description

    -Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
    -Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
    -Administers training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
    -Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving work problems.
    -Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices.

    -On a regular basis, meet with the Operations Departments to review equipment maintenance issues with overall goal to maintain a True Efficiency index which is in line with the strategic long range plan objectives.
    -Keep abreast of new technologies and provide vision for technical improvement across the plant.
    -Develop and implement procedures to ensure spare parts availability and control of assets is maintained.
    -Resolve employee relations issues and work with maintenance staff to drive capability.
    -Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity of the Food Safety Management System and communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System.
    -Conduct presentations and formal training programs for both maintenance and production team members
    -Develop and implement both preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
    -Provide support as needed on all shifts, across all the days of the week.

    Requirements

    -Poultry/food manufacturing, refrigeration and ammonia systems, rendering and heating system.
    -Must have experience in a poultry processing environment.
    -5+ year’s relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
    -Knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially those governing the food industry.
    -Knowledge of Boiler and steam line system.
    -Knowledge of compressor air system.
    -Knowledge of heating system.
    -Knowledge of generator power station.
    -Soled knowledge with poultry control panels.
    -Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts as needed.

    Job Description

    1) Loan Administration/Credit Control:

    • Administrating basic loan files that do not require sophisticated loan administration experience such as syndications managed by experienced agent banks.
    • Ensuring that all credit approvals and KYC are in place and documentation duly executed.
    • Monitoring loan covenants and ensuring the loan reporting requirements are provided in a timely manner.
    • Ensuring that facilities are operated within approved terms and conditions.
    • Processing various Loan Transaction Vouchers (LTVs) related to legal fees, repayments, and other miscellaneous items.
    • Data processing on SAP and other software.
    • Update the Laser fiche files or other electronic filing systems with documentation related to each loan.
    • Diarizing and following up on all fee types.
    • Preparing outgoing swift messages.
    • Assist the relationship managers in other mechanical duties.

    2) Customer accounts:

    • Maintain relevant documents on customer accounts (forms, signature cards…etc.).
    • Book keeping activities such as posting credit and debit entries into customers’ collection accounts and preparing necessary LTVs for same.
    • Preparing and dispatching monthly statements and process necessary correspondence with clients.
    • Seek rate fixing quotes from Treasury and calculate interest accruals on the accounts.
    • Maintain relevant files and ensure security and confidentiality.

    3) Reporting:

    • Assist in the reporting requirements related to the Deprtment. This involves compiling information from different sources, reconciling records with Finance Department, and counter checking information with relationship managers.
    • Producing other regular and ad-hoc tailor made reports requested by internal and external parties.
    • Elicit reports from SAP once the CML module is operational.

    4) Miscellaneous Duties:

    • Taking minutes of meetings as and when instructed. This may include compiling of information from various related tables.
    • Assist with SAP related processing and SAP integration with other software and be responsible for eliciting reports as well as some data entry.
    • Preparing reports and drafting PowerPoint presentations as and when needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance from a recognized University or a professional qualification in Banking backed up by appropriate banking experience.
    • Experience of no less than 1 year with a leading Banking organization in banking operations related field.
    • MUST HAVE MASTERS DEGREE in finance or accounting or MBA completed.
