    Job Description

    Our client is a leading global supplier dedicated to delivering a wold-class solutions and services for energy and the automotive manufacturing sector and other industries.

    Reports directly to the Regional HR Head.

    Responsibilities:
    •Implement the human resources strategy for the dedicated country/site
    •Ensure the usage of the potential synergies across sites and divisions
    •Develop needed activities and programs for the country
    •Ensure the implementation of the HR strategy at country level, define programs and measures
    •Deliver reliable and consistent data for specific reporting
    •Represent the client in interactions with external parties in order to protect the company's interests and reputation
    •Evaluate future business needs and co-design programs
    •Take responsibility and advises on organization design, restructuring and M&A activities
    •Support the respective business footprint development and mid-term business strategy, actively contribute e.g. in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process etc.
    •Define and install personnel related emergency plans for the country
    •Lead, design and participate in national and international business and/or HR projects
    •Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the country executive level

    Requirements

    -Bachelor/ Master degree in Economics/ Business Administration or Human Resources
    •Implement the human resources strategy for the dedicated country/site
