    Job Description

    -Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations in line with company's internal policies as well as industry and market regulations.
    -Assist the corporate finance department with the budget preparation and financial forecasts based on research and data reports.
    -Manage all payments to suppliers and employees in accordance with approved budget, as well as advise on cost control.
    -Manage company cashflow by regularly reviewing internal reports and tracking transactions as well as advising on means to enhance the cashflow management process.
    -Oversee and review the client collection process in coordination with customer service and collection teams.
    -Manage the implementation of an ERP system that includes financial reporting systems to ensure accurate, and compliant reporting for all financial transactions.
    -Develop internal accounting policies and ensure that all transactions are compliant with policies.
    -Lead a team of financial analysts and accountants to drive business and financial results as defined by senior management through delegating tasks, coaching and developing direct reports to be as competent as the business requires.
    -Issuance of monthly management accounts as well as quarterly audited financial statements.
    -Manage relationship with related external stakeholders (in particular banks, leasing companies, auditors and tax advisors).
    -Manage tax filings and review all transactions are tax efficient.

    *The Office Manager is responsible to conserves CEO\'s time and promotes the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally; providing liaison between the CEO, key executives, and employees; publishing the corporate newsletter.

    1. Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
    2. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
    3. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
    4. Make travel arrangements
    5. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
    6. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
    7. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
    8. Conserves executive\'s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
    9. Maintains executive\'s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

    11. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    12. Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.

    16. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
    17. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer\'s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
    18. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    Requirements

    -Preferably has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or law
    -Experienced in international business
    -Experienced in constructions and operations business
    -Excellent time keeping skills
    -Proficiency in MS Office

    *The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for originating, analyzing, bid preparation and successful closing of deals and is the external interface to external stakeholders. S/he is responsible for the definition of programs of activities in the most effective terms as well as the establishment of an internal standard code and performance KPIs for the company’s staff.

    1- Feasibility Studies pf Business Opportunity:
    a. Responsible for supporting the CEO in developing, executing and managing the EGG-energy business plan with a particular emphasis on operational and sales performance.
    b. Assist in conducting basic financial feasibility analysis in collaboration with the investment team, and provide findings to the line manager, in ord er to support in the preliminary analysis

    2- Market Analysis:
    a. he COO will play a heavy role in all elements of the business including refining processes for marketing & sales; supply chain and logistics, customer service; and support functions such as pricing & revenue management, capacity planning, partnerships and distribution.
    b. Support the BD process in conducting market research and analysis, to enable identification of potential partners, contractors and suppliers, technical advisors, 3rd party auditors, etc. and to enable selection of suitable technologies, which can add value to the company and perform the projected work.

    3- Bid preparation:
    a. coordinate with various functions/ teams, EPC, O&M contractors, partners, etc. as required, for their feedback and to compile the required information and documentation to assist in bid preparation while ensuring it meets the RFP requirements.
    b. Provide support in developing the technical and financial bids based on the documentation, inputs and feedback received from various stakeholders, to ensure alignment with the requirements while adhering to quality standards.
    4- Closing of deals: On Completion, coordinate with the Asset’s team/ EPC contractors on all legal and project documentation to ensure smooth transfer of information for further implementation of the project.

    5- Financing:
    a. Responsible for profitability and day-to-day operations and the management of site managers.
    b. support in coordination with investments team regarding the selection and the negotiation with the mandated lenders based on consideration of relevant factors for the facilities to be used.
    6- Client Interfacing: manages client relationship
    7- Strategic Partnerships: Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
    8- Operational and administrative capacity:
    a. The COO will establish, in close partnership with the CEO, metrics to manage key elements of the company’s operational performance required to meet both customer and financial expectations.
    b. Responsible for planning and organizing internal company operations and supporting the CEO in maintaining a healthy corporate culture.
    c. Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all personnel, changing or adding to such policies procedures as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering
    • 4-8 years’ experience in the area of renewable energy
    • A pro-active achiever with high energy levels, who is used to working under pressure and to tight/challenging deadlines.
    • Good understanding of the business value chain
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
    • Reacts to project adjustments promptly and efficiently.
    • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
    • Market adaptability to allow project tailoring to client needs and international markets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with technical staff as well as management.
    • Strong reporting skills.
    • Demonstrated management abilities of technical staff and external stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, etc.
    • Regular traveling between sites
    • Irregular working hours due to the nature of site operations and tight construction schedules
