Pauline D’Arcy, Managing Director, has been resident in Egypt for over 25 years. Originally of British origin Pauline now holds dual nationality British/Egyptian. She holds a BA from Reading University, UK, in French/Linguistics graduating in 1984. Her experience in Egypt was with Arthur Andersen/Deloitte & Touche from 1989 to 1997 holding the post of Head of External Recruitment/Executive Search. In 1997 she opened Pauline D’Arcy HR & Recruitment Consulting which became one of the first professional executive search firms in Egypt. In 2007 the company joined forces with AIMS International and it is now the sole Egyptian partner. Pauline is hands-on in both the management and client service of the company.
Zeinab Nour El Din

Zeinab Nour El Din is the team’s Research Head and SeniorConsultant. A dual Egyptian/British national, Zeinab speaks both English and Arabic fluently. Zeinab graduated with a degree in Mass Communications in 2009 and has been working with the team since graduation. Zeinab also spent her summer internships with AIMS Egypt, where she learned all about the recruitment industry. Zeinab now handles the Senior level recruitment division as well as her research assignments for executive search positions.

Sarah is an Experienced HR Professional with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts - English Department from Cairo University holding a Professional Human Resource Management Diploma. Sarah has 7 years of HR experience with one of the biggest business process outsourcing company’s in Egypt – Xceed. Her experience covered talent management; recruitment; organizational development; performance management and training. Sarah is our senior consultant handling managerial level recruitment assignments with a special focus on the telecom and the IT industry. Sarah is also our team leader for HR consulting projects such as department restructuring, talent management and training services for our clients.

Ahmed Morad is the team’s new consultant, his native language is Arabic and speaks English fluently. Ahmed Graduated from the British University in Egypt with a degree in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources, and has been working in the recruitment field for 3 years hiring in Europe, Asia, and the US before recently joining the team. Ahmed worked for a multinational translation organization and was responsible for in house recruitment for translation projects in Egypt. Ahmed now handles middle management recruitment assignments across all industries and works along side senior consultants to assist in research for executive roles.
